Building Employment Skills for Successful Transitions (BEST) Conference 2026
Theme: Tools for Confidence, Belonging, and Success
The BEST Conference 2026 is an annual event hosted by EduNova, in collaboration with key partners, designed to support international students as they prepare for the transition from study to work in Nova Scotia. Guided by the theme Tools for Confidence, Belonging, and Success, the conference focuses on equipping students with practical skills, knowledge, and connections to navigate the Canadian workplace with confidence and clarity.
Delivered in-person format, BEST 2026 will feature interactive workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities that emphasize career readiness, professional confidence, and a sense of belonging in the local labour market. Through shared insights from employers, professionals, and community partners, students will gain tools to strengthen their employability and better position themselves for long-term success.
Retaining international graduates remains a priority for Nova Scotia. Through the BEST Conference and EduNova’s broader Study and Stay™ programming, we are committed to supporting international students in securing meaningful employment, building community connections, and increasing their likelihood of staying and thriving in the province after graduation.
