Welcoming Demilade Adebayo as Study and Stay™ CONNECT Retention Coordinator

EduNova is thrilled to welcome Demilade Adebayo as the new Retention Coordinator for the Study and Stay™ CONNECT Capstone Program.
Demilade brings a rich background in program coordination, marketing, and business analysis. Most recently, they worked with newcomers at MetroWorks, helping them access essential resources and navigate life in a new country. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and experience leading social media campaigns at Tribe, Demilade pairs technical expertise with a deep passion for community engagement. Their previous role as a Business Analyst highlights their ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and projects.
In their new role, Demilade will be supporting Capstone students by providing tailored one-on-one advising, connecting them with employment and settlement resources, and helping them build strong networks in Nova Scotia. Driven by a passion for project management and inclusive support systems, Demilade is dedicated to helping international students thrive both academically and professionally.
