- Nearly 15.8% of all university students in Nova Scotia came from countries other than Canada. This compares to about 8% nationally.
- Nova Scotia’s population is small but mighty: 940,600 people live here. The province is home to 10 degree-granting universities, a 13-campus community college system, hundreds of secondary schools and several excellent language schools.
